TAKE A DEEP BREATH
Feel and trace your breath thru your nostrils cooling them before taking a warming turn down the throat, into and expanding diaphram and lungs, then resting at the bottom of your gut so deeply it reaches your pelvic-base as you sense a euphoric refresh, and calming release - a reset across your mind, body and beyond, as you slowly exhale...
...and repeat until relaxed.

Both solo and group practice sessions explore self connection and feedback through feedback experiential feelings, sensations and thoughts at various levels of consciousness and deep awareness.

Most believe that our environment is seperate & external. Nature impacts our internal- being, as a source relief, retreat & reconnection. Our Eco Expo sessions share an ecological exposure that offers individual and group-practice across a variety of fun landscapes.
