A Breath of Health.

INHALE... slowly and deeply, tracing your breath as it cools your nostrils before gently warming, as it flows-down your wind-pipe, expanding the diaphragm, and then lungs, into the bottom of your gut, until  it reaches and then rotates in your pelvic base...

 

EXHALE... slowly, openly and freely noticing holistic sensation, including signs of a deeper relaxation, renewed spaciousness, elevated senses, and a refreshed presence of inner-calm and clarity of mind, body and energy.

 

                        

 

Yoga Nidra

Inner-G  Restoration

Yoga Nidra is an ancient and integrative,  practice in rest and rejuvenation that expands the energy and the Inner - G of holistic, mind-body, space  restoration, relaxation and release of anxiety,  trauma, depression, insomnia & more.

 

Both solo and group practice options to explore levels of consciousness, rest and energy feedback - inner sensations, and thoughts at various levels of deep, restful awareness.

Mindfulness, Acceptance & Non-Traditional Approaches

Our 'MANA' (aka energy) offers energy practices across integrative wellness areas including but not limited to:

 

     Mindfulness Based Practices:

     Being | Working | Eating | Walking

     Focused-Breathing Techniques

     Body-Mind Exercises (QiGong)

     Anxiety & Stress Management

     Art & Aroma-Based Practices

     Guided Imagery & Auditory

     

Participants share individual, group, self-care & buddy-care exercises that can be adapted to various home, work, school, physical, mental and other limiting environments.

 

MANA offers practices that can help develop preventive healthy lifestyles, self-awareness, improved self-regulation, personal relationships and overall enriched outlook on quality of living by building reserves of real mana!

ECO EXPO

Ecological Exposure

Most believe that our environment is seperate & external. Nature impacts our internal- being, as a source relief, retreat & reconnection. Our Eco Expo sessions share an ecological exposure that offers individual and group-practice across a variety of fun landscapes.

In addition to the positive effects of connecting with healing environments, participants learn to embrace the link between ourselves and our environments; complementing the holistic wellness paradigm.
